Almost the weekend!!!

Well, I have started my Webpage. I have been working on my Index and it is almost complete. It has taken me awhile because I am new at it but it seems to be going somewhat smoothly.  I did have some problems though applying a background so Sabrina computer called me this evening and she helped me solve the problem. I now have a background, woohoo!!! Tomorrow is Friday and I am sure looking forward to the weekend. I have plenty of work though to keep me busy. I can't be classes will be ending in a month. The semester flew by.  

 This weekend we are suppose to get a huge snowstorm. I sure hope we don't get it. It is April but it sure feels like January.  Hopefully the weather will get better soon. I am looking forward to the warm weather. Have a good weekend.

Woohoo it's Thursday

Yeah it is Thursday, one more day then the weekend. I was suppose to go skiing tonight but due to the frigid temperatures we have been having, we decided to go Friday night. I am also going skiing again on Sunday, I can't wait. I have only been skiing a handful of times, but I love it.  On Saturday night, I am getting together with family and friends to discuss our vacation plans for Italy. I am looking forward to it. Has anyone been to Italy before? If you have, please feel free to give me places where I should visit. 

Right now, I am trying to figure out what picture I want to post on my blog. I am not sure if it has to be education related or if it can be something else.  I have only submitted one part to the Practicum. I plan on working on the rest of them today. I also need to figure out a topic for my lesson plan.  I have my work cut out for me for the rest of today. Talk to everyone later.

What a busy day. One of my friends wanted to go to the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown for her birthday. We left early this morning and didn't get back home till around 6. From here, I went out to dinner and then met some  of my old co-workers, I just got home a few minutes ago. It has been a very busy but fun day. Tomorrow, I will spend a majority of my day doing homework for all three of my classes. I have enough work to keep me busy for a month. I hope I can accomplish a lot. I have an extremely busy week coming up. The Baseball Hall of Fame was really neat and well worth the trip.  I will probably go back over the summer.

Well, I just finished my rubric and annotated website evaluation. It took me almost all day to complete. After I had submitted that, I began working on my Lesson Plan. At first, I thought the lesson plan was due tomorrow as well. On of the documents, under Telecommunications Project/Lesson Plan, it says that it is due 2/19 but then after reading the section, What is Do When, I was relieved to see it is due on 2/26.

This afternoon, Megan and I computer called each other. At first, I only could hear her and she could not hear me. After working it out, we finally were able to communicate with each other. A few minutes into it, everything went dead on both of our lines. I then recieved a message saying that messenger was down. So, Megan ended up calling me on my home phone to go over another project in one of our other classes.  It was neat to try out but I wish it had worked a little better. Maybe next time.  

A little bit about myself

Lets see, I am 25 and currently taking 2 other graduate classes besides this online class. I am enrolled in the CDIT Program.  Hopefully, I will be able to finish up my Master's by Summer 2008.

I also will be starting a part time job this upcoming week. I will be working at Excelsior College in there Master's Program.  I am very excited. I have been out of work for almost a month : (. It has been nice to be off but I could sure use the money.

In my spare time, I love to travel, ski and hang out with family and friends.  Next September, I am going on a Mediterranean Cruise for 12 weeks. We are going to Italy, France, Spain and Croatia.I have never been to Italy before so I am super psyched!  I will be traveling with 2 friends and a ton of family.

Welcome

I just want to say hi to everyone. This is my first time creating a blog. I have to figure out how to add pictures, sounds etc.  Hopefully in a few weeks I will be up and running on blogging.  I am excited about working on blogs and creating our e-portfolio.  I hope everyone's semester is going well.
